Creative Civilization created the “NOPE” NOPETITION communications campaign to support the position of the SACC to dissuade voters from signing a petition that would lead to an election for the possible governance dismantling of the City of San Antonio CPS Energy electric and SAWS water providers. The NOPE campaign succeeded as the petition drive was stalled and unsuccessful.
